Call 01803 323 950 to arrange for an experienced Heating Adviser to visit you at home. Phone lines are open Monday- Friday 9am-5pm, Saturday 8am-12pm. If you’re a landlord, we’ll arrange an appointment when you and your tenant are at your property.

All Heating Advisers are committed to calling ahead to let you know they are on their way.
You'll get the best advice and a free quote on the right heating and hot water system for you and your home, based on a technical inspection of your exisitng system.
3. Your quote and payment options
A Fixed Price Promise guarantee which means you only pay what you've been quoted. There are several different payment methods including all major Credit and Debit cards.
Plus a Flexible Heating Improvement Plan, will allow you to spread your payments from 1 to 10 years. Your Heating Adviser can talk you through the options when providing your free no obligation quote.
4. Your installation
The hassle free service means all Engineers go out of their way to minimise disruption to your home. They'll cover carpets, protect work surfaces and clear up once they're done. All our engineers are Gas Safe registered.
Plus once the installation is complete, they'll provide you with all the necessary service records and documentation
5. Our guarantee
With every installation you will benefit from a year’s free central heating repair and maintenance service, with a customer helpline available, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. You also have options to extend this heating system guarantee for up to 10 years.We guarantee that spare parts will be available for at least 10 years after the installation of your new boiler.
With full public liability insurance to cover any accidents that may occur during and after the installation, you can have peace of mind that safety is a priority. All our engineers carry an ID card so you'll know you're dealing with a genuine Gas safe registered company.
